    Owner & winemaker of LaFou Celler.He holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Bcn and in Oenology from the University of Montpellier.After completing his oenology studies, he worked in wineries in France, Australia, & USA.

For more than three years they have worked together to learn how honest viticulture and soils (like the honeycomb) shape its character. This tasting-dialogue is a unique opportunity to discover long-aged wines—some no longer on the market—and to appreciate the authenticity, longevity, and value of a historic grape variety rooted in a landscape shaped by generations of winegrowers.
